· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong academic background in Robotics, Machine Learning, Mathematics
· A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
· Strong publications at top conferences or journals, e.g., IROS, ICRA, RSS, IJCAI, AAAI, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP
· Proficient with Linux, ROS, Git, OpenCV, PyTorch or Tensorflow, and other robotics-related software platforms
· Ability to work in a collaborative team
